The borough has several zoning districts, each with its own development requirements. Please contact the Borough Hall at 763-4483 to review your proposed project prior to the design phase to verify the project may be done under our zoning ordinance. You may wish to refer to the Zoning Map of Borough for further information.
If any property owner wishes to apply for a zoning variance due to a true hardship you may apply to the Zoning Hearing Board by submitting the following application and a fee of $350.00. | |
